PickPack + freshworks integration — delivery management visual
The Challenge

What’s broken today when Freshworks meets delivery

In most organizations

Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice already knows who the customer is, what the order or record is, where it stands and what the team committed to deliver.

The problem starts the moment that data has to go out to the field: inconsistent addresses

Driver coordination, time windows, exceptions, calls with customers, Proof of Delivery and clean status updates flowing back.

This page doesn’t try to turn Freshworks (Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice) into a delivery system.

Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice as the delivery system.

It defines how Freshworks (Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice) stays the system of record

and PickPack turns the record into a delivery execution you can measure and close.

The Solution

PickPack adds the delivery execution layer on top of Freshworks

Freshworks continues to manage the records. PickPack takes the field connection from there — planning, execution, measurement and closure.

  • Real-time route optimization by vehicle capacity, time window and priority
  • AI-powered automatic driver dispatch — no manual coordination
  • Driver app with navigation, barcode scan, signature and POD capture
  • Statuses that flow back automatically to Freshworks: ETA, en route, delivered, exception
  • WhatsApp and SMS updates to the customer with a live tracking link

Four ways to connect — you choose the pace

You don’t have to start with a deep integration. Most customers move from file → automation → native integration within 3-6 months.

1

Excel/CSV

Suited for pilots, daily imports or a source system that isn’t yet ready for API.

2

Google Sheets

Suited for teams that want a live operational sheet with statuses flowing back.

3

Zapier, Make, n8n or Power Automate

Suited for triggers and relatively simple actions without full development.

4

API and Webhooks

Suited for high volumes, multiple systems, status updates and control requirements.

FAQ

FAQ

Does PickPack work with Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice?
Yes. We connect Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice to PickPack through whatever fits your stack: REST API, Webhooks, an automation platform like Zapier or Make, or even Excel/CSV to start. The exact shape depends on your Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice plan and the fields you have available. We don’t market this as an official or certified app unless we confirm it with you in writing.
What should stay inside Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice?
Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice stays the system of record for everything tied to the customer and the order: Freshsales Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Freshdesk Tickets, Agents, Groups, Automations, SLAs and Freshservice requests. PickPack owns the operational layer once a delivery is created — routing, drivers, live status, exceptions and proof of delivery.
What data can flow into PickPack?
The basics: customer name, phone, address, the order or record ID, time window, priority, items or quantities, warehouse or origin location, service type and any operational notes the driver needs to see.
What data can flow back to Freshworks: Freshsales, Freshdesk and Freshservice?
Push back into the right Freshworks product: a Ticket note in Freshdesk, a Custom field on the Deal in Freshsales, a Deal activity, the ETA, the POD Link and a Failed Delivery Reason. Agents see the outcome inside their existing Ticket or Deal — without us copying every PickPack event across all three products.
Can we start without a full API?
Yes. Most customers start with Excel/CSV, a Google Sheet or an automation platform like Zapier or Make, then graduate to API and Webhooks once the data model and the process are nailed down. You don’t need engineering capacity on day one.
What must we validate in the demo?
Five things to lock down: which record triggers a delivery, which fields are required, which statuses flow back to your system, how exceptions are handled in the field, and where the POD Link ends up. Anything outside of that stays inside PickPack.
