You can assign tasks to the driver from the Map View screen in Pickpack’s platform.

Assigning tasks can be done by using one of the following modes:

1. Non-selection Assignment – Switch to real-time mode, and click on the “Assign to driver” button. The application will notify the total number of tasks and drivers before assignment. By pressing continue, The application will build the optimized routes for all the tasks in the project for the existing enabled drivers.
2. Selection Assignment – Switching to real-time mode, you can select tasks from the tasks table and drivers from the drivers table, and click on the “Assign to driver” button. The application will build the optimized routes for the selected tasks and selected drivers.
3. Assigning from task details page – Double-click on the task you want to assign and will open the task details page. Under the Courier, section selects the driver that you want to assign him this task and click on the Save button.
